Windows has clearly stated that owners have checked the logs and have seen that he won the $1,000,000 RP Cash. If you refuse to give him the $1,000,000 that he has won, you will stay Permanently banned and it will not be taken off. Clearly you have no intend to apologize nor refund the money you owe him or the money he paid. You cannot give him offers, you will return it or stay banned. Do not think we'll miss one person and we'll feel bad for your foul expressions and actions. This will get denied without a doubt.

P.s.
From reading all this I see the user is lying about his gambling business. He recieved 500k, but once the other user won he couldn't Physically give him 1mil. Tbh he should've not accepted 500k. I think he should return 500k. I would suggest not an instant unban, rather a timed one since he cannot refund fully.

After speaking to the admin who banned you and talking to yourself, I have decided to accept this appeal but under the following condition:

You have to make back the 1 million in 2 days, or you will be banned again, as right now you would have no way to ever be able to give it back.

If you fail to do so, you will be right back on the ban list. Also, next time dont lie in your appeal. You wont get anything out of it as it was obvious you were lying.
