That isn't even stated within the rules, and is something even i was never told about.

The job abuse rule, has always been stated to a lot of us as a time basis, or a rule that is almost not used.
Job abuse in the state you read it states, you can't instantly raid it, which gives users and staff the thought, that after waiting a while they can raid, which is not stated as not allowed.

I guess we could say, Job abuse, is a rule that not many people know the true reason behind it, as still today, people get accused of job abuse, for something that is being classed as not.
