Also pie it's good to see you haven't lost your knack for leaving to avoid punishment, or lying on appeals.

I feel like I should handle this then just deny it for you lying on your app. I won't tho, I'll admit I'm biased in this situation.

I did not lie. If you were referring to the RDM, the post history should speak for itself. If you are referring to me disconnecting, as stated numerous times above, I disconnected right after I killed the miner. If Killall just so happened to grab me while I was in the game menus then so be it, but when I D/Ced I had no reason to believe I was in a sit.

Please read the entire thread before knocking it off.

EDIT: General recap from my point of view of what happened. (Not related to the above post, just did not want to spam the threads).

I RDMed a Miner (turns out you can't mug in the mines).
Somewhere in here, Killall attemptes to pull me into a sit, which I was not aware of when I disconnected. (See post history).
I disconnected.
I log on about and hour later and find myself to be banned.

1-3 took place in the timeframe of a minute.

Assuming I am some low-hearted asshole and that I INTENTIONALLY killed a miner and INTENTIONALLY left during an admin sit, how does this equal one week of ban for something that I should have been warned for?

I did read the whole thread, but for some reason I can't find myself to believe what you say. Especially considering your past (which you clearly haven't moved on from)

Think about what you are implying here. If I had lied, the staff would have already called me out on it. My point being, is that I haven't. I understand you concern from my past history, but I am man enough to admit my wrongdoings and ask for forgiveness (ref. this entire thread). I am not going to be called out for something I don't deserve (banned, instead of being warned), and if you or anyone else has an issue with that, I invite you to re-evaluate your moral character.

After all, I only unintentionally RDMed one person, and find myself banned for a week.

After speaking with the admin that banned you we have decided to deny this. You have 2 recent punishments for RDM and 1 for lying to staff, you also have previous offenses on LTAP so the ban is valid. Feel free to appeal again in 3 days.
