TOPIC: Mr Think Fast Ban Appeal

IF U ARE READING THIS APPEAL [AS STAFF MEMBER] PLS READ ALL THE REPLY'S TBH I DONT DESERVE 1WEEK BAN.

Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? clarky

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? He said i prop pushed people and got warned, cuz i damaged someone with an minecart, thats what he says [and incase he is gonna say something else check the logs of the chat on teamspeak the day i got banned]

Server - What server did you get banned from? ZARP TTT 24/7 MC

Time - How long were you banned for? 1Week

Story - What happend? I was doing an 1v1 prop fight with my friend, and we were pushing each other next to an afk guy, behind us was a traitor who started shooting us, i called a kos on him and he got killed but he hitted the afk guy next to us, and clarky slayed and warned me cuz he though i prop hitted the afk with the minecart but what really happend he got hit by the guy shooting behind us, he punished me without letting me explain or anything and then he instandly banned me after he slayed and warned me, for having to much recent punishments. then i went to the teamspeak, to ask him why he warned and slayed me for no reason and banned me, at first he didnt respond (like always) then he started talking and told me that i prop hitted the guy next to us, then i explained him what happend, then he was afk again, i told him to check the logs if i hitted him, he didnt respond for 2mins or so, he probably checked the logs and saw i didnt do shit and then he realised he punished me for no reason, and started ignoring me, and told me to shut up and stop spamming him.

Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. Ye Jet fuel the MOD, was in the server at that time aswell, my friend asked why i got banned that im one of the most loyalest members atm in TTT, and he Quoted that message, cuz people who actually play on that server, know that im a Loyal member that barely RDM's the warnings i have are mostly for prop surfing just having a bit of fun, but for banning me for 1 week is just bullshit in my eyes.

I agree with this guy, i was playing with him too, he did nothing wrong and thereby shouldnt get a 1 week ban.
he is one of the active members in the game and better than those damn rookies who are rdming.

I have spoken to Mr Think Fast a lot, as a friend and as an admin, he was just having fun with a friend when he got banned, but I did say it was against the rules at the same time.

I think he deserves the unban as he has served half of it if I'm not mistaken?

He really loves the server and has shown me that side of him, if you look under most time with rounds played on the server, he's in the top 3!

Think is the third most active player on the server. He has broken a few rules but they were all in jist with another who had agreed to this and they weren't causing anyone else any issues. As mentioned by CZ, he's a big fan of the server and as far as appearances go, having the third most active person banned doesn't look great for the server.

You had 6+ recent punishments, and gave me a bad attitude on TeamSpeak to the point of having to ban you from that too. I think you should just wait it out seeming that you just couldn't have the decency to follow the rules. Anyways I'll speak to whoever is handling this.

True but your warning didnt count cuz u made an mistake but because u didnt let me explain what happend. then i instead had 6 warnings but before that i had 5 warnings, 3 of em were prop surfing were i was just having a bit of fun, and its not BIG rule break, if u ask me, its not like RDMing or ghosting, cheating etc. and i got mad cuz u didnt want to listen/respond to what i had to tell u, and started saying dont talk to me etc, what im saying is true, and it can be checked in the server logs of the teamspeak channel.

and by that if u would of checked logs before punishing me, u would of seen that i never prop damaged the afk guy, and that he got hit by the traitor that was shooting behind us.

I can confirm Mr Think Fast and I were prop pushing eachother, But we warned the people about it that we were having some fun. We told the players that if they dont want us to do this they should either not stand around us or tell us that we should stop over the text/mic chat.

Mr Think Fast got banned for it straight away without even having the time to explain what we were doing.
QUICK NOTE: I never gotten an infraction for it, It seemed more like a personal punishment towards Mr Think Fast.
He is one of the most active players on Zarp TTT, I can confirm that for sure.
He's loyal, We sometimes fuck around with eachother.. But that's what we call ''FUN''.

We take this game very sirious.

Mr Think Fast got a ban straight away but I didnt get any infractions or heads up to stop doing with whatever I was doing.
I think this is unfair towards Mr Think Fast because it looks like the admins doesnt like this guy so they ban him for anything he is doing wrong, He plays sirious for 95% of the time.. We just want to have FUN aswell...

The amount of rules are insane.. We dont want to ruin people their games, We ruin our own games by having fun.
We dont kill people or shoot people for fun, We hit eachother with a minecart and who ever dies/hits the water wins.

there were 6 people online in the midnight, nobody was playing serious and i was prop surfing in the nether, without anyone in the nether, and didn't ruine anyone his game. so... i find it really sad that u place me here, that im some kind of MASS rule breaker like Vladimir. but its because u people are not as active as i am. so ur judging me out of my warnings without knowing what is going on...

Dude, we both know that most of the staff members come there and play 1/2H and then move themself to spectate and go afk. to get their time up. That doesn't mean anything, u should compare the scoreboard

I sometimes see you ingame, But late in the evening there are only 10 players online.

Yesterday night, I was online with 9 other players.. Mass RDMERS but we cant report since there are no mods/admins online.
