Story - What happend?
I called someone a numb <racism> in OOC and i got tped to a roof accused of being racist i then explained Max that if i wanted to call him a dumb <racism> i would of straight up, anyone knowing me would know that i dont really care when it comes to insulting.

He didn't care and i totally disagreed with his opinion so i said, fine i'll just call him a dumb <racism> next time then and got warned again.

This obviously started a massive shitstorm in OOC which led to multiple users getting warned and banned for doing the same, out of nowhere Chute Tps me after calling me out in OOC and knowing Chute as the troll he is i know that he most likely was no serious.

He told me to make an apology on the forums and i said sure and he tped me back, after 5 minutes of walking around armour npc i got permabanned without doing anything further.


Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
Probably have something in my shadowplay folder, but isnt really needed.

Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.
If im banned for a reason please atleast provide me of it? =)

After loopholing the racism you put in OOC, you were being spectated and were discussing ways you could get away with more racism and disrespect. You've been CM banned before, and were unbanned recently and this sort of behavior and attitude you know isn't acceptable you're still putting out there.

Here you can see right after i recieved my warning that Chute instantly begins to show a troll-ish behaviour, he got multiple people to call me out in OOC for being racist after the situation was finished in the sit.



Here you can see Chute even saying in OOC that i need to make an apology, so think for yourselves a situation is dealt with you get warned twice now the owner tells you to make an apology on the forum for saying "numb digger?" You wouldn't really take it serious.

The ban was clearly not needed, after i got warned twice i did nothing, i already got punished and i don't even see a reason why im banned, sure i might have offended someone.. But i already got warned? Twice infact.

Chute told you to make an apology I really don't think you will get unbanned until you do.

Nothing against you, but you forgot to specify when you said "Guess what the N in my name stands for ", which seems like it resulted in your ban as you were banned very soon after

In my opinion, you should make a public apology, whatever you may say IRL or with friends is obviously against the rules, just keep it private, man I know you are no racist but swallow your attitude and do what's right
