Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? Ezehzz
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? 3x nlr and mass cdm
Server - What server did you get banned from? Server 1
Time - How long were you banned for? 3 days
Story - What happend? I was teleported by the admin and told that there had been reports of me rulebreaking he said i had mass cdm and 3x nlr but i admitted i accidentally killed two players while driving but apologized for this then he claimed that i had broken nlr 3x and provided no proof. i feel as if he could have given some evidence or atleast given me a verbal warning but instead decided to patronize me and treat me like a child telling me i need time to cool down.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? No
Extra information - i apologize for my actions this will not happen again.

Doesn't surprise me, seeing how you could get i think you could use this time to think about what you have done.

Hello guys, I just got home from work..

I'll tell you guys what happened.
So, i got a few reports about Jake CDM'ing people. So, i started spectacting him. When he raided a few times, he ran straight back into the base after dying (NLR) and finished the raid. He did this about 4 times in total at different times. Then, Bigwhal told him TO NOT break nlr. He lied right in front of him, i even saw him breaking nlr while spectating him. After that, he used his Red car and killed several people. After killing them, he said "Oops, my bad man". He did that everytime he killed somebody with the vehicle. I later on teleported to him after killing 2 people at once with the car. I brought him to a roof, and told him that he has to calm down with the rulebreaking and needs to read the rules once again.

This guy applied for Staff, and he needs to stop breaking rules.
I feel like this ban is real and he knows what he did wrong.

If i see him breaking rules again if/when he gets unbanned. I will talk to him once again. And talk to a Lead team member about what to do.

I spectated you, and i didn't teleport because Bigwhal saw you breaking NLR so he verbally warned you. You did it more times and i punished you for it, since you already got a verbal warning for breaking NLR. Also, you only admit you killed 2 people with your car by accident? I don't have any proof of it, but you killed a lot of players with your car. Not by "Accident".

The fact that you have no proof should make this ban void. As normal players have to provide proof to enforce a punishment. so should a member of staff

the fact that you have the audacity to accuse me of these rulebreaks without any evidence i feel is outrageous

Jake.. You know what you did wrong. I hope you read the rules and don't do this again.

I think the ban is valid, but you can think whatever you want.
