TOPIC: Fennster's Demotion Appeal

Name - What is your in game name: Fennster4

STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID: STEAM_0:1:63143767

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you were demoted: Inactivity, “Playing Fallout 4 Rather than Zarp Servers.” (Was told to me in TS)

Server - What server were you demoted from: SSRP

Story - What happened? Fallout 4 came out 2 weeks ago, and I was so hyped about it, I bought a CD Key off a website and activated it. I began to play the hell out of it, like a lot of other people did. I occasionally went AFK without exiting the game. This resulted in me getting ~33 Hours in game within a week. I can understand that the Lead Team was really fishy about this, but it was THE FIRST COUPLE WEEKS IT CAME OUT. I’m sure a lot of people on the staff team played Fallout 4 a lot when it came out, and I did the same. I’ve only racked up ~A day on my save in Fallout 4, and even then some of that is me being AFK with my Pip-Boy out. If I am AFK with the pause screen up, it will count my time in Steam, but not in the save file. If I am AFK with my Pip-Boy out, it will count time for both. I’d really urge the Lead Team to reconsider. I have been staff on the SSRP server for 11 and a Half Months now. Is me playing Fallout 4 like crazy for a week really worth demoting such a dedicated Administrator over?

Extra information - Anything you think may be relevant to your demotion: I honestly think this demotion is very unjust and unfair. I am working my ass off to try and get my activity up as is. This was first week I made it happen, but I decided to spend it on a new game. I don’t want to wait until next week to play the most hyped game of the year.
Please, rethink this.

I've seen you on Fallout 4 everyday of the week, and have usually messaged you on that day and you respond, doesn't sound like AFK to me. Not to mention you told me and a few others you weren't allowed to play on the weekdays, only on weekends.

Fallout came out 2 weeks ago . And you told us your parrents dont allow you to play during the weekdays though i took a look at your steam achievements it showed you getting achievements on weekdays.

You make us look bad by saying we demoted you for fall out. .

Fall out was just a indication that you saying you cant be on the comp during weekdays is a lie

If he plays something else instead It should be fine alsong as he gets his activity up again and does his "job".

I don't think you should've been demoted, but you really should've contacted an owner in private, as this could cause unnecessary drama.

In my opinion you should show us you can be active for the upcoming 2 weeks . But thats just my opinion. My verdict will be given at the meeting .
