Hello Rule,

After talking to Callum and TheXnator about the topic at hand, as well as hearing other members of staff share their side of things from the evening when the incident occurred, I have come to the decision to deny this appeal and keep the TeamSpeak account banned as it was, as I've been informed, used by a Community Banned member for malicious intent, specifically ban evading purposes.
