You were given, not only two verbal warnings, but a mute and then when you decided to abuse the F1 system twice to try and disrespect me. I think my only other course of action was a ban if you ask me...

But where is the part where you punish clarky for starting the whole thing and making fun of a dead person which if i remember correctly is a perm ban

When did Clarky start anything? If you look at his proof Kranked very clearly instigated it and continued after I verbally warned them both to stop. In both situations Kranked was the one who continued the argument...?

I don't know man all i can see is clarky making fun of his dead grandmother after you said to stop 2 times but he hasn't gotten in trouble so i don't think kranked should be banned

in order you can clearly see Kranked instigated an argument by saying "Oh look the worst CM to ever be on zarp is back", which obviously riled Clarky up and hence the response he gave, they were both verbally warned. Kranked then proceeds to continue his 'worst cm' tirade by bringing up his own dead grandmother (bit un-needed) to further try to poke the bear.

At this point in time I was already typing out the punishment while Clarky responded yet again, in hindsight I probably should have given Clarky a punishment but it completed skipped my mind. The reason for Kranked's ban is because he made the choice to then go after me in the only way he could (through the F1 system), since he was unable to communicate any other way. He would have only been muted had he just been patient and let me deal with the situation rather than just immediately jumping into trying to berate me immediately afterwards, clearly he was having a bad day and needed a break from the game, rather than just the chat functions...

I suggest using the warn function next time as one recent is not typically the required amount for a ban!
[Opinion] Also I don't feel as if he was warned because it "slipped your mind"

I have no reason to reply, if the handling staff would like to speak to me they can, I have gotten enough evidence to prove the original point I was making and no longer need to speak on this thread
