I did not trick him. I simply approached him via PMs/Trade chat, and asked him for the item - I, in no way, told him, or had him believe that I was spoons. I simply asked, and recieved. He did not fall victim to any misconception other than his own consensus of the situation. Now, if I had TOLD him directly that I was spoons - THEN it'd be trickery. Further than that, I cannot control who he thinks I am - it was his mistake to make.

The exchange went something like:

"i need a jet suit to rip this guy. hurry"

"ok? sure"

Hello mike tyson's pregnancy,

I have finished speaking with honest about your ban and the only way you will be able to get unbanned is contact the people who you have pretty much scammed there items from and work out a deal to repay them what they have lost. Once this is done you can appeal with proof of the repayment of the items you stole.
