After speaking to Xnator about your appeal we have decided to deny your appeal. We believe you should wait a longer period of time before being unbanned this time around. This is due to your multiple hacking bans/punishments you have received in the past on the server. We believe over a longer period of time you may really reconsider your actions for hacking many times and always getting unbanned quite quickly.
