it's literally a game mode the same as saying wanna go play TTT or flood. Really is perplexing

i could understand it if they were directly naming the server and telling people to join it but just taking about it in conversation and getting punished for it is beyond me

The fact is that the TOU is so vague that everything can be classed under it, meaning they can really mute you for everything.
Anything I say that does not fit xnators opinions gets me muted. even when it is just my opinion or a stupid joke and it has me to the point where every time I play I have to wait 2 weeks before I can play again cause I just get mutes by Xnator over and over again to the point where I am scared to even join the server and get banned for recents.
Please just clear up the TOU and enforce rules that are actually stated instead of "oh this can possibly fall under this part of the TOU if I stretch it far enough."
