true, being mod wasnt hard at all but im just guessing that admin is a bit harder since they have to constantly check rapsheets, remember correct banlengths etc

It really depends on someone people but if you were disrespectful to staff or other users then it will be punished.
Also if you were banned for too many recent punishments then you must have rule broke before
