After speaking with Kato, I've decided this appeal will be denied. Kato says you PM'ed him saying you did RDM the other mutant so the punishment wont be lifted. You claimed the mutant (alts) were basing and there was already a report abuse on it that was denied. No punishment will be placed or lifted, and Kato can warn you if you admit to RDM over PM, no sit is needed.
