I've given you a chance to re-pay Dovah his 10,000,000 gems after discussing this with you and him via TeamSpeak. I had also given you enough time to acquire what he requested as alternative payments as well. The fact that you scammed another person after I barely gave you an ultimatum shocks me, consider yourself permanently banned yet again and don't expect any kind of second chances any time soon after what You've just done.
