To sum it up; if you want to get unbanned, acknowledge what you did wrong in your appeal rather than excusing yourself by acting unaware of your wrong-doings. I'm not the one to handle this appeal, though, so we'll see what .uzi decides to say.
Also, on a side-note: while some people might not necessarily have punished you for saying what you specified in your thread, you still failed to listen to a staff member that was clearly telling you to stop. That only makes you look like you don't want to follow the rules and/or the staff's order, and that isn't a good look on anyone.
Edit: Oh, and if you believe he was wrong in telling you to stop you can always discuss it with him instead of going out of your way to oppose his word.
