Hello SA1L, I've spoken with Vodka and Alex and they both told me they were in the nether at the same time. We did agree that the trap could have been activated by someone else than Vodka which means you had no proof of who activated it. That's clearly kill on suspicion which is against the rules so the punishment is valid.
