TOPIC: [SSRP] Stork's Ban Appeal

Reason - Banned for mugging with a role that can't mug
Server - Zarp Dark RP S3
Time - 3 Weeks 1Hr
Story - I tried to mug someone as a drug dealer

My insight and admin's insight
I feel that my ban should be repealed or at least have a lessened duration. I was not warned before I was ruthlessly banned for 3 weeks, I had not been informed that the rule was active. I also feel like the ban duration is way too much for my misdemeanor. I have already served bans for the previous warns, So they should not stack onto the ban time, As it was shown in the logs I was banned twice already for the warnings and rulebreaks, So in turn I should not get a big fat 3 week ban for doing something which I didn't even know wasn't allowed, And I however it may look, I am apologetic in tone towards my actions and disruption in the server.

Explain to me this:

Why is it our fault you didn't read the rules? Why shouldn't you suffer the consequences for not doing so?

Just because you have other bans doesn't mean you shouldn't be banned in my opinion you have been lucky to not be perm banned after being banned 2 times you should consider yourself lucky i think i have seen you in game a few times and u are a bit toxic / racist try to be mature after coming back from the ban i will say this i have persoanlly messed up like you did when it becomes to the minge aspect and some basic rules but i will say try to read the rules of the server when you get on the server it isnt the staffs job to tell each new player the rules and what is and isnt allowed i hope you have a good day who ever reads this

I do find it quite unfair that you were punished with the punishments which weren’t specifically reasoned as that doesn’t seem too fair on you, but fucking hell you must have had 0 regards for the rules if you accumulated so many punishments in such a short amount of time

It is not directly your fault that I didn't read the rules, but It is however unfair that upon breaking of said rule I am instantly banned without even being let go with a warning for that rule. Real talk here, How many people have read the rules as soon as they join a server, or on other servers in other games, That is usually not something you do. If you were to maybe tell me what I did wrong and give me a warning, Then maybe I would think twice before doing other things that may be rule breakers, Aswell as "Hey these admins were understanding and civil with my cause so I won't cause them any trouble." Instead you ban me, when my friend tries to have a conversation about it you mute him when you have also been sending the same amount of messages. You lock the forum so that I am unable to respond to you or other people, What do you think is going to happen. The only option I have left is to make a new post.

This is a clear sign you are not trying to play by the servers rules." you are not able to make that assumption, I am trying to play by the rules thus reason why I am even appealing this ban, and not causing havoc on another server, Maybe if I was banned for the proper amount of time, the first time, Then I wouldn't have accumulated that many warnings in one day.

The reason I accumulated so much was due to the fact that the moderator did not handle the situation correctly, He did not issue me the proper ban time upon my warns, (4 warns = 1 week ban or so ive heard from the admin) So I was banned for 1 hour for each set of 4 warns, some of which I was not even banned, Thats why I have accumulated so much in so little time.

What I said still goes, People are going to click that anyways, You of all people, being an admin as a role that deals with people, should know that people are going to do that. Singling out one little quote from my message and responding to it does not negate my entire point or rest of said message there.

The freeze and mute for 1 hour is essentially a ban.

As I said that is a direct result of the admins not handling the situation, and only banning me for an hour.

I understand that that is not how it works, Im simply protesting the fact that I got a fat 3 week ban based off of warnings that I already served time for.

You can't ban someone because they "Didn't learn".

"Refused to learn". Theres nothing there to learn, that's not what this entire thread is about, Its about how unjust the ban and ban duration is.
