Users may name people that they do not wish to handle the appeal. If the appealing user states that they do not wish certain staff members to handle the appeal those staff members should refrain from dealing with the appeal.

The last appeal you made should be reopened as Dr Richard did handle it and like you said you didn't want any admins, Super Admins or Oxy to handle.

The attitude others have shown is questionable but you have also shown the same questionable attitude and it can also determine the outcome of your appeal. When appealing, it is best to be calm rather than have a bad attitude against people who respond.

I would also advise you to be more careful of how much money you are coin flipping. If you mean 300 million then don't put 300 as it could mean anything. 300mil is more suitable especially against high tier items such as a jugg suit and it causes less confusion. (Just some advice)
