Name - What is your in-game name? dunno
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID? STEAM_0:0:194364466
Admins Name - Who banned you/who might it be? dunno
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? I attempted to crash the server
Time - How long were you banned for? perm
Story - What happened? It was late at night on s3, me and some friends were screwing around, it ended with the server timing out. I know I am in the wrong but I would want another chance on ssrp. I'm sorry for making this mistake
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? I don't think so
Extra Information - I'm sorry for everyone I affected that night and for annoying the admins, this will not happen again I feel I have learned my lesson, thanks for reading my appeal. I also have gained trust back by getting the rank of surf mod

You should have heard the shit he said to me, niko and others. He blatantly harassed Niko especially and a ton of other people.
