How hasn't he filled in the whole template? Someone can easily find his steam id by looking at the ban list, it would just be lazy to deny it for that.

It is also very easy to get it a user, if he can't be asked to get his own steam id then maybe he doesn't deserve to be unbanned?

Bare in mind that i said ill still do a long ban , and i also mentioned that it could be as long as it should be for my mass rule breaking . Not to mention its my first mass rule breaking in a long time . I've Fucked Up. And i wish to Make it Up. Fixing it doesn't mean that i should be unbanned , but i really want to have my friends back , the ones i loved and cared about. I totally understand that someone might be still pissed but give me 1 more chance to make it up to you . Just one more .
