As I already stated, it only removes the NLR in the district you spawn in, not the district you die in, and it's intended to work that way.

But rumour has it even you didn't know that until recent so if u don't know then users? I understand the logics n all but yeah still don't really think it's a good warning seems slightly harsh none the less
