This looks really weird. You shouldn't just shoot your friends in front of others as that could Interrupt others Experience and or make them think that just randomly shooting another Player is allowed as Random People won't know that you just shot your friend. Either way, If you do have Recent Punishments, I do believe this Punishment should stay, however, If you don't It should be removed and you should be informed about what you can and cannot do.

If it bothered the guy that was killed he couldve made a report, but he didn't so clearly no reason for this warn. I don't care about people around seeing it, this is semi serious rp.

The punishment was valid but as this was victimless crime and its more disturbive to punish the appeal should imo be accepted

I have discussed the warning with Ella and we both agreed that this should be accepted. However please be more careful from now on - regardless of whether or not the user was your friend, shooting anyone point blank in the face is not a good idea, especially not in front of multiple staff members.
