Whilst that is true he wants someone else to handle it so maybe respect his decision and let someone else handle it?

In his appeal, he states he only wants Kyber to handle it (by saying he doesn't want anyone to handle but him) and he still states he doesn't want Stewie to handle it since Kyber was unable to handle it properly I have taken over the appeal and am already working on it. Stewie is inactive for personal reasons that I'm not at liberty to discuss so I will be handling it from now on.

Quit acting like children, if you were listed as one of the people to not handle it leave it alone. If what is being shown in the appeal is the actual basis for the gag then it really wasn't warranted at all. Hello Dodo,
after talking to you and MrDenkMems I have decided to accept this appeal. Unlike Kyber I made sure that MrDenkMems understands his mistake and won't do it again (I also talked to Elmer about over ruling punishments as an admin because he isn't allowed to). MrDenkMems didn't give you a chance by verbally warning you first and he is was also being way to harsh by muting you for a whole hour.
