He did risk something, Aeris has the 1B that Papa was supposed to have. Aka he was risking that money, so I don't really see an issue with that

Did he ever mention in the CF rules he'd get paid by Aeris or something similair to that? No, therefor he could've never know and basically got tricked.

Alright, after taking a look at this Situation and taking your Story in consideration. I came to the conclusion to Deny this Appeal due to the following: You have had 3 Days to Repay a User 50mil yet decided to break 4 Rules and get Banned again on the first Day. We'd like you to wait a bit longer and make a more Apologetic Appeal as well as if you want to play on the Server again you'll have to pay "get bombed" the scammed money.
