I apologise to TheXnator for the attitude given after the situation, I was very unhappy with how it was dealt with and not being given a chance for doing this (a server kick would've stopped me from doing it, I just don't think a perm ban was needed). The TOU was not clear enough to specify that what I did was not allowed and EMP spoke to me saying that it is subjective of what is interpreted in the TOU which can be worked on for other rules that people may be not sure about. It is now stated in the TOU (zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/10-announ...ge-22-08-2020/unread), I acknowledge the rules & TOU and will follow them.

Also again, I ask before coming to a conclusion that we can talk about the situation in a civilised manner on a TS channel.

If someone did this now, with the new TOU, fair enough ban them. But before there wasn't any specific rule against doing this so it seems unfair to ban you for it.
