Suggestion Title: BiWx Vape

How would it benefit the server: It would be hillarious to just meme around with it(Might increase playercount)

Potential Issues/Exploits:None that i can think of

Additional notes:So the vape would blow biwx's logo on steam or russia flags and the first sound would be "Are you sure about that?" And the second is "I gotta go my country needs me"

It might be a good idea for BiWx. The most popular one is the butterfly vape I think so we don't know if this could increase player count.
