Suggestion Title: Revamp card packs

How would it benefit the server: Can remove the items which are impossible to get and add new items, also making the premium card park actually premium instead of pretty much being a regular card pack

Potential Issues/Exploits:
none

Additional notes: having items in the card packs that you cant actually get is misleading to new players and general just annoying to see in there

Do you have any specific ideas as to what items would be obtainable in the new card packs (free and premium)? for example you could add suits like regen and agility for a low chance rather than golden items with 0 chance etc. pretty much anything like that
youd have to take into account how many people already own hundreds of them so its kinda hard to balance ig

you could add some of the small shit items like, printers (magik, gencorp, ice, festive, irdium), loot o matics and gem o matics (for smaller chance) tactical syringe, jet gun, acid grenade, thunderhammer, port emp, magik laser pistol, blow torch, barricade kit, battle axe, riot shield (for small chance), base shields, medi shields and rad shields (for small chance)
and the difference between the 2 card packs is that the premium would have the better items for better chance like maybe only base shields, medi and rad can be gotten from premium not free
