Suggestion Title: stop people like their own compositions!!!

How would it benefit the server: massively, greatly, largely, hugely.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: why is sinz allowed to camp the nightclub and spam queue his song and like it

A shakedown might be in order for sinz.

I always felt like this was an error (loophole) someone didn't bother rectifying, it wasn't a big deal to begin with anyways. I think it should be patched at some point though.
