Reduce map round count

How would it benefit the server:
Currently maps are chosen for about 12-13 rounds from what I could see. The common setting (which is also the default for TTT) is 6-7 rounds.

Seeing as there is always an option to extend the map, I see no reason not to lower the round count. It would benefit more frequent switches, and give players more freedom to vote if they don't like the map. If the majority still wants to remain on the current map, they can extend.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
I don't believe this change would create any issues.

Additional notes:
It could be argued that a longer map duration is reasonable so long as RTV exists, however currently the server requires around a 75% majority in favor of RTVing in order to trigger a vote. This is an absurdly high number, and with the server currently averaging 10-20 players in its peaks, all it takes is 3-4 people who want to stick on the current map (+any who don't care or don't know how RTV) in order for the remaining 12-16 to fail in triggering a map change.

I considered making a separate suggestion for lowering the RTV requirement, however if the map duration will be lowered to a reasonable amount then I think a high requirement for RTV would actually be justified.

I've already suggested this myself, I believe that it should be at least reduced to 10 rounds. 6-7 seems a lil' low
