Yes but they only do refunds if it's server-side. They won't do any refunds if it's related to a bug.

You can hope someone is nice enough to give you a juggernaut back, but there's nothing that they can do, unless it was a server-side.

I agree, this issue *is* serverside, it's not something that Red_'s client did... and that bug is server side.
