Sorry about the delay on a reply to your refund request. Looking into this, it is actually intentional for you to die by the propeller trap since the speed that you flew into the blade, however, looking at it more we do believe this is quite an unfair way to die since it wasn't actually turned on. We will be refunding you for your holo pilot, minigun2 and handcannon. Contact Chute in-game for a refund. We are also going to be changing this in a future patch/update so it won't occur again.
