How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would warn them at first before taking action e.g. muting, gagging, kicking. I don't abuse certain previlages but I only use them if I so need to at the certain time of the situation.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen because I have experience with disrespectful players, I also always abide by the rules of the server so not to be frowned upon. I don't abuse certain privileges but I only use them if I so need to at the certain time of the situation. I always think before taking actions. I am on the servers almost every day unless I need to be away for a reason. I respect other people's point of view of situations. I hope you will accept this application.
