How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would warn them so they know what they are doing is wrong and is they continue then i would gag them. Once they have been ungagged if the continue then i would kick them from the server there is no need to be disrespectful.

Why I should be chosen
I should be chosen because ive spent most my time on this server and i really like the people and the environment. I always have fun and am up for a laugh with anyone. But as well i want to make sure that everyone else is having a good time and enjoying it just as much as i am. I want other people to enjoy this server as much as i do, that could include helping them get use to the controls or helping them use the shop. Im normally on late at night when no other staff is online and this is when people think they can do what they want, i want to make sure everyone sticks to the rules.
