I would deal with disrespectfull players in: 1. A simple oral/written warning. 2. A kick saying it's his last working. 3. If that doesn't stop him, i will give him a time ban wich the time differs for how serious the situation is.

Why should i be an moderator?
I'm very active on the server and i'm very friendly but i can be serious if i need to be. I've been a admin on the largest BaseWars server in Gmod and i can code lua. I can provide with help at anny time and i have alot of spare time that i love to spend on this server.
