I don't like that SA' promotions are depending on how active they are on Teamspeak.
Being active on teamspeak is useful so Users can contact you at any time with their problems, but there's a thing called Steam. Or even ingame.

Teamspeak is the main communication source between all staff. It's where we do the meetings but also where we talk, train and discuss. When giving officials, it's preferred to do so over Teamspeak. Teamspeak is how the staff team, at its core, communicates, as the staff and especially the lead team can discuss things easily with one another over there. For example, you found a hacker in-game and need to speak to another SA or HA to deal with them. Over Teamspeak that's easy, over Steam that's not so easy.

Nothing's wrong, it's the way things work currently. I'm unsure what it was like when you were SA, but Teamspeak is a really big thing for the community now and a necessity for Lead Team members, whether you like it or not.

@Nexize TeamSpeak plays a huge role being a Lead Team member as we are always communicating on there and discussing things or working together on hackers and testing staff and other things.
