Highly agree, you can legit do 20 F1's in around 2 hours if you wanted, split those 2 hours across all 7 days of the week and it's basically 20 minutes of doing F1's per day.

You are expected to reach the 20 F1 count per week to not be brought up in the meeting. If you are actively playing the server and not helping out you will be brought up as well - besides, it is not a permanent thing. It can be increased at any point.

We currently have 90 Mods&Admins. 90x20=1800. We have staff members doing over 100 F1s, we also have staff members that are inactive to some reasons. There is also the lead team that helps out with reports at peak times. All in all 20 is a very good minimum currently. Remember, it is the minimum to not be brought up in the LTM, if you are active on the server yet not helping out you will also be brought up in the LTM.

Also, a report is a submitted F1. If someone RDMd you and you did not submit a report (f1) requesting help, then it is not a report.
