That's actually not true. Just because I don't follow the agreement we came to doesn't mean that you should abandon it. If anything, you should show yourself as the better man between the two of us and stick to the agreement, as you can then say later "Hey, I know we disagree, but at the very least I stuck to the promises we made. You can't say that."

Now neither of us can say that, which is relatively pathetic. From the both of us, of course.

Clearly you don't understand my issue, although you always told me you did. It came across as a threat. And even if it wasn't meant to be and should only be interpreted as a warning, it was still wrong for him to do.

Anyways, I should not have sent that message. Like I posted above, I will speak to Xnator myself tommorow to discuss this and get to a new agreement.

In short, I've been incredibly irritated at his behaviour lately. Together with the fact I just worked for 10 hours straight I got increasingly annoyed and I simply snapped.

There was no reason for me to make that comment other than to cause drama. I could have simply talked it out with Xnator but didn't do so. I'm truly sorry.

Also, to some of the comments of the people that blame the gamemode: we'll have to see how it goes. Nobody knows currently, so I don't think we should come to hasty conclusions.

I really doubt the server will die, I even bet It'll be one of the top murder servers

Wouldn't really say this is needed. I don't enjoy the gamemode at all and most people agree, as i've seen above...^^

We appreciate that many people may have concerns based on the fact that, proportionally, the community did not seem to like the idea.

We think that we will still be able to make the server work, however. Overall, not every member of the community voted on the poll, so it is not completely reflective of how many players within the community will come onto the server. Furthermore, there are many people who play on servers with the Murder gamemode, so even if a small number of players from within the community play on the server, those people looking for a server within Murder may find the ZARP Murder server, and once they find the server, they may decide to stay and even tell there friends about the server. This type of cycle is similar to what happened with the Prophunt server, and look where that ended up - number 1 in the EU and number 4 worldwide.
Yes, the community opinion does matter to the community team, and they will always at least partially take that into consideration, however the overall decision of whether to accept a server is down to them, as they are there to try to put forwards what is best for the community. They will not just look at the proportion of people who say they want the server, but what they think of the server itself from what they have seen, what they think about the gamemode and how it will gain popularity and the actual numbers of the people in the community (however not everyone will vote, so they also have to take that into account), and how many people they believe it will be able to bring in from outside of the community.

The community team were willing to give this a chance, and we hope to be able to prove to you that we can make it work, however we do appreciate that you may have concerns, we can assure you that we have taken it into consideration and we hope you are able to understand.

Well, if the community doesn't want a server (The majority voted No) then probably it won't get enough players and will die soon. Also @Xnator because you own Prop Hunt and it is successful, that doesn't mean you can own servers with as many Gmod gamemodes as possible and make them successful aswell. Some gamemodes just don't have many players. That makes you look more power hungry and i know you don't want to be considered as that. But trying to get as many badges as possible in less than 6 months isn't really helpful.

That's just my opinion.
