TOPIC: [PROPHUNT] Summer Update

The Prophunt Summer Update is going to be coming very soon! We have many new features to add for the update, so be sure to hop onto the server for the update which will be starting on:


The new update will contain many new features, most of which are here to stay, but some of which are here for a limited time only!

From 24th June until 8th July the server will have x2 EXP for all users, this is limited time only, lasting for 2 weeks, so be sure to play as much as you can in this time to make the most out of the event!

Say goodbye to the annoying corpses! From the start of the update onwards, corpses will be removed from the server, so they don't get in the way of anyone trying to hide or hunt!

Remember all those times when the hunters were faster than you and you had no chance of escape? No more! Props will now be able to sprint, with the speed limitations for small props being removed!

A feature will be added to the server which will allow you to change from a POV far from your prop or closer to your prop, so you will no longer constantly have your camera really close to your prop! This can be toggled with the chat command !fov, the concommand ph_changefov or through the new Settings tab in the F1 menu.

Say goodbye to all of the racist taunts! Staff members will now be able to see when anyone uses a taunt, and can see which taunt they are using, so we will always know if you have been using any taunt that breaches TOU. This combined with the existing search filter should mostly eliminate the taunts which break the server rules.

We have also made some other, more minor changes to the server, including:

F1 menu grammar fixes (MANY grammar fixes, big up Max)
Staff ranks in the F1 menu Players TAB are now highlighted
Taunts now log to chat for staff
More bug fixes for the F1 menu
Staff ranks are now shown (abbreviated to 1 or 2 letters) in voice chat.
Settings tab added for F1 menu
Added a system to collect hoola doll entities around the map. The player who collects the most of them at the end of the update will receive a prize!

I feel like this is just like a normal weekly bug fix update that could be added to zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/prop-hunt...-prophunt-changelogs

And no as a special event that will add exciting features but alright.

Update will be out soon! We're just adding a little thing in order to have entities to collect around the map. The player who collects the most of them at the end of the update will receive a prize, and you will also receive a small amount of EXP when collecting them!

All worth it for a great update!
