Because this is not ssrp, and the required minimum activity is 2 hours, and she had over that.

I don't know why people see that as okay? If you're going for Lead Team shouldn't you be going for way above minimum not an hour above? I'm sure there were people who were more dedicated that the lead team could have made friends with and actually spoke about.

179 minutes = 2.98333 hours? She might have had over that, but only an hour.

Because the requirement is 2 hours, it is not 2 hours for everyone but leadteam, no, it is 2 hours for everyone no matter the rank.
leadteam is not all about stuff you do ingame either.

I'll give you an example.

IF someone was applying for mod, but only had 2.5 hours, we wouldn't say NOOOOOO, because they have the minimum requirement, meaning they have met the requirements being asked of them, same goes for every other rank.

So I can play 30 minutes a day for 4 days and get mod, repeat for admin, repeat for super admin and repeat for head admin?

No. Annie has also helped out a lot behind the scenes. She has helped a lot on the server, and is upholding more than the requirement for activity.

Clearly, if someone gets accepted, then the Lead Team must know the reasoning behind it, and we are the ones who know and see everything that she does to help out on the server.

Though I'm not the person for PH Annie does help out a lot and I think that the activity is none of your business (pianist) as far as I know she does a lot more work than you

I agree I was ph staff but guess what I didn't apply for lead team and get it because of my low activity and gender so yep nice one

Although I agree that people should stop arguing because they have no idea what they're talking about and why Annie was accepted, the argument used isn't that she's female but that she had relatively low activity - two entirely seperate things.
