If we add nicknames to the lead team staff, it makes them an easier target for people who want to impersonate them. Like Xnator said, we should only do it when a lead team member on Steam/Whatsapp or TS ask us to. TS and Steam is easier as we would know them there and on TS it is impossible to impersonate staff as the badges for said staff position is only give able by TS Staff.
