Further update:

Current finished systems:

• Login with steam
• Avatar, username, real life name and steam profile link auto-add
• Global stats
• Messaging system
• Messaging tab
• 50% of the personal stats
• Police information system

Changes:

• Removed headsup system, merged with message system
• Removed some blocks to make it more simple (thanks keith)
• Removed the custom register en login
• Removed password recovery

Also Perp is a serious server however how are you going to teach those who wants to play serious however they may not understand every rule?

You should get the base gamemode up and running before you add all of these other features. They do look great but your focusing yourself to much on them.
