In todays Community Team Meeting we've made a truly historic decision. For the first time ever we're giving out access to our SSRP Codebase to someone that is not a Community Owner. Callum has been insanely dedicated and consistent in delivering updates to our servers, Pointshop as well as the Forums and recently even the Discord Bot. He's gone far above what he's required to do and showed a lot of passion towards the community. It goes without saying that having access to our most sacred Codebase comes with a lot of trust and responsibility and we're fully confident that he will surpass our expectations with his newly gained abilities. Although we've set the foundations for this to happen a while ago by adjusting our "Community Developer" policy, we are fully aware that a lot of you are going to have questions about this historic promotion.

What new access is Callum going to have with this rank?
Callum will be given full access to the SSRP Codebase on Github as well as the SSRP Trello maintained by our lead team. In order to effectively communicate with the lead team and deal with any issues occuring on the server, he will also get the powers of an SSRP Head Admin. This also means he will be able to participate in all parts of the SSRP Meeting. Remember that this rank is only given out in order to enable him to cooperate with the lead team effectively. His main focus is *not* going to be staffing on the server or managing the staff team. His main focus is going to be developing features on the server. If you have any questions or concerns about these new powers, feel free to ask them on this thread or contact a member of the Community Team.

What is Callum going to be working on?
Callums first priority is going to be working on the SSRP Trello which is maintained by the lead team. This means he will be working on fixing many bugs and issues as well as working on minor suggestions and improvements curated by the Community Team and the Lead Team in order to get used to the SSRP Codebase. Once he's familiar with it, he will be able to work together with the Community Team on future Updates.
