You were great to staff alongside, I'm really happy I started talking to you when you made that return. You'll be missed Richard, I'll never forget our ideas we'd pitch to Chute together. I was always very harsh with Richard back in the day, and I gave him criticism if I felt it was needed. He did an excellent job of working on himself to improve his abilities, eventually going beyond my recommendations and figuring things out on his own.

It was fun to see someone like Richard enter the team, as Community Teams have a tendency to become very lop-sided, and that is not very productive to the overall community advancement. Richard provided diversity in the team at the time which to me was a great positive.

Lastly, he made a good effort, even prior to joining the Community Team, by regularly hosting events and whatever else. This demonstrates great dedication and I am happy to see that it lead him somewhere.

Best of wishes to Richard! May he enjoy what his future life has to offer.

He was always, but seriously always there, when needed. He helped with extremely difficult stuff and some other people and I could always rely on him, and he gave immerse amount of support. Thanks Richard, you know what I'm thanking you for especially. I owe you a trip or two to some places
