Am I gonna have to spend 100 hours collecting trash to claim a blueprint case as a reward, and a further 200 hours to claim a Trash case? If it's anything like the bartending/DJ levelling sytem, the answer will be yes (which is not a good thing).
You'll have to play the job to see how long it takes you to level up, but remember levelling systems on a job in any game are designed to be for people to grind and have something to work towards. There are no blueprint cases in the Trashman level rewards and the cash earned from the job has been balanced to ensure that it is worthwhile regardless of whether you're level 1 or level 10. You're also able to get 4 Trash Boxes from the Trashman job, not just 1.
I'm happy to see you've increased the size of the reward.
Just bear in mind that, yes, there needs to be some kind of "grind" aspect to it, but that "grind" also has to be at least a tiny bit engaging for the players. The bartending "grind" is, respectfully, dogshit and really not fun at all. Doing the same monotonous task over and over again with next to no variance isn't enjoyable and it makes the reward you do get feel insignificant in comparison.
I've never played the Trash Man thingy before, so I can't judge whether or not it *will* be a dogshit grind, but at least keep in mind that the more dogshit a task is, the more of a reward you'll want to make it seem worthwhile.
