9 months wouldn't really call that a favourable amount of time/punishment but then again it was a CM Team choice not community choice...

The mass doxxing is the reason he was banned in the first place. 9 months of being Community Banned and multiple good apologies is something we deemed acceptable for him to be unbanned. Of course if he continued doing anything he did before, he would be banned again immediately and be unlikely to get an appeal accepted within the year.

Community bans and unbans have and always will be at the discretion of the Community Team and not up for a community-wide vote. I think we all know what would happen if it were a community vote.
