He can feel free to appeal his demotion, if he thinks it was given out unfairly. On a different note, wouldnt it be unfair to other people when they play on the server in order to keep the rank they own and vodka doesnt need to because "he just isnt active rn"?

When it comes to inactivity everyone will and have been treated equally, demoting a staff member for inactivity will normally take at least 3 weeks if not longer so it's a bit of a lengthy process. This process is done by contacting a staff member who haven't reached the minimum required time to figure out why they did not get their time for that week and asking them if they'll be able to get their time in the following week, if they say that they will get their time and then proceed to fail, they will receive an official warning, and then finally if they stilll won't get their time in the week after their official they will most likely get demoted. Please bear in mind that you can go on inactivity if you do not think you'll be able to get your time for whatever the reason. In short if you're wondering why adrii is still within the staff team and Vodka is not, it's because he has had an inactivity notice until the 22nd and has only then started undergoing the process stated above.

Just stop the shit about my demotion, I had it coming. Thanks for the support or whatever but I kinda deserved it. I should've went on inactivity because I just couldn't get on my PC in the past 2 weeks due to personal reasons. I don't personally think I should've been demoted but its the Lead Team's decision, and if they want don't want me in the staff team then that's fine.

I'll try appealing the demotion but I doubt anything will happen due to my near 2 weeks of not getting my activity
