Also this is a stupid change, I don't get what the point of having the same maps on both servers is as that would discourage anyone from playing on S3 because it isn't unique. No more hidden printers, no more basing, no more massive gang bases and raids on big maps, no more afk mining, no more using alts for bases. Go ahead and try basing on downtown for more than an hour, it's actually impossible. I don't get why they would remove the one thing that made the servers different from each other, being the maps, but it's a terrible idea and shouldn't go through.

I understand shutting down a server, but changing the map to the same as S1? No no, bad move. Maybe making it something like block42 or maybe just keep it as either evocity or rockford.

Good decision to call it quits on server two. I asked for this a while ago since I thought it would promote more activity on S1/S3 hopefully.

To be honest, I get the need to replace the map - but it shouldn't be with the same one.

You have a map that has two main areas that are used - both mining areas, and the nexus. Besides that, not a lot else. Rarely, you might have the odd bank raid, but most of the map is usually unused.

A better option would've been to replace the map with something smaller. Replacing it with the same map isn't "for the American players", because we do get them, and lots more on Server 1, anyway.

I like server 1's map, don't get me wrong, but you could very easily replace it with something that is going to be more commonly used. A smaller map, or something that has more credible places to base. The biggest bases tend to be ele bases because anything else generally gets demolished quite quickly.

Not saying Evilmelon or Bloc_42, because both those ships have sailed.
But maybe make it a community decision, rather than arbitrarily throwing out "we're gonna replace server 3 with another server 1".

Tl;dr: Let the community decide what map you use for server 3. Offer a list of viable options developed perhaps by the Council. Then allow us to make the final call. Otherwise, this is going to be more problematic than you think.
