The CM Meeting was completed tonight by the following members of staff: DEADMONSTOR, Clarky & Chuteuk. We have been discussing emails, unbans and updates and new policies. It was delayed from Sunday as not all of the team was available.

All the emails have been handled this week. If your email didn't get answered, then for whatever reason we didn't get it. We DO look at all emails and reply to them all, even those people who are CM banned.
TTT Ownership
Clarky and TheXnator will be taking over as TTT Owners and running the weekly staff meetings. We are always open to bringing in new owners too so if you love the TTT server and would like to step up as a server owner please contact the CM team. You should have a list of ideas and thoughts ready.
Community Team Expansion
We have discussed expanding the CM team and expect a announcement of what we decide later this week. If you think you have the leadership abilities and ideas to push ZARP forward now is the time so start writing your ideas down ready to present.
New Training Policy

All staff members should read this policy carefully especially if you usually train staff members. After this weeks meetings finish all staff are expected to be following this new policy.
Training Policy
Lead Team members, amongst other duties, are responsible for training newly recruited/promoted staff members.
To ensure staff are trained in the most efficient way as possible, this policy will cover all relevant information for training staff and any rules lead team members should abide by. Note that this policy will not guarantee all training sessions will be up to standard as it is up to the trainers to ensure all content is covered to a reasonable degree.
Training Rules
Any user that is recruited/promoted must undergo training regardless of their previous experience; trainers may adjust the training agenda to accommodate users with previous experience however, basic training such as handling situations and using commands must be covered.
A maximum of 3 trainees can participate in a training session.
Staff holding the rank of Super Administrator or above, and have had a training session supervised by a Head Administrator or above may train staff on their own.
New Super Administrators must have their first training session supervised by a Head Administrator or above.
Administrators may train Moderators only under the supervision of a Head Admin or above.
All training sessions must be hosted in a private channel/spacer on TeamSpeak
Trainees must be give ample opportunity to ask questions during the training; all questions should be answered.
Training Content Rules
Official training content must be held within the respective Lead Team OneNote; additional training content such as command/situation guides may be held elsewhere.
Lead Team members may propose changes to the official training content however, all suggestions must be voted on and accepted via majority vote in the Lead Team meeting.
Lead Teams can conduct scheduled reviews of the training content to ensure it is relevant and up to date.
Update to Hacking Policy

All staff members should read this policy carefully especially if you usually deal with hackers.
In the instance of unclear evidence being presented, an impromptu meeting can be called with the sole purpose of dealing with hackers.
An impromptu meeting for voting on unclear evidence may be called when there are more than 3 items to be voted on or when a suspect with unclear evidence has been playing on the server for at least 2 hours. This impromptu meeting must be approved by at least 1 Server Owner or Community Team member, and must be held with at least 1 hour of notice to all Lead Team members of the relevant server.
In order for an impromptu meeting to be held, the following conditions must be met:
At least 5 Lead Team members or 25% of the Lead Team must be present, whichever is higher. Or 50% when there are less than 5 lead team members.
At least 1 Server Owner or Community Team member must be present to host the impromptu meeting.
