TOPIC: [SSRP] Meeting Outcome - 27/07/2019

It's going to be really hard to revive the server. What you could try is;

* Make a new nuclear launch for a new item and nerf the current one, such as increasing the timer.

* Brand new job for the criminals, a meth cook with new special effects would be cool. But it has to be something
cool, not something copied from other servers. (You need to put effort into this)

* Add a money sink. What's unique about ASAP is that you can actually buy permanent items (not special weapons) for a lot of money. People actually spend their time into getting these. Maybe add a casino?

* Nerf all the special weapons and the suits. Change the meta of everything. It killed the server.

* Frequent updates - Weekly/monthly patches for items, LISTEN to the players. If people are having issues with guns etc, look into it instead of ignoring them.

* Update the map like once every 5 months.

* Take a loot at new players and what could be added to help them. It's impossible for them to have a base up for 10 minutes.

* Don't add ridiculous booster pack deals.

* Fix the attitude of all staff members, including the CM.

Like some have said and ive said for months now, suits killed the server in terms of gaining players.

New guy joins the server, puts a base up and gets raided EVERY time by someone in jug then they quit. Suits are massively overpowered and need a huge nerf OR

there needs to be debufs when using the suit besides the silly 30 sec thing. Like less damage with said suit, or something that don't just make it 1 sides towards the suit wearer

Also need new jobs or jobs that do coinflipping things for you, would remove scammers.

Also need to stop reusing things with the "Updates" if they are so willing to take our $$$ at least make an effort in putting new items in the game and not recycling every 6 months..

Ppl are getting tired of waiting 6-10 months just to get snow on the ground and a retextured case with old items in it

Thats the kind of comments autist peoples give, honestly can you think about it, suits should be and stay expensive because they are the toptier items in game, its like on CS:GO with knifes.
There is many suits in the eco because a lot of kids bought booster pakcs during offers, they shouldn't put cases offer like they did this year, there was too much case offers, and i can tell you the owners made ALOT.
They ruined their own eco and their own playerbase.

Clarky's already shown a little teaser of the map, so that one covered, but map updates do largely rely on Patrick's availability, since he's our map developer (great guy). I do agree with a lot of what else you've mentioned though, and there are a couple of content ideas there that I think could be fleshed out and make it a lot easier for newer players to earn money and to balance out the economy a little more.

Regarding attitude of all staff members, myself and uzi are currently working closely with the Community Team to make sure that community-wide issues are sorted, with our prime focus being the staff team. If you have anything specific that you'd like to make known, please do let one of us know over TeamSpeak / Discord / Steam and we'll make sure to add it to our current list.
